RATES

  • Rates vary to the period
  • The prices are in Euros, per apartment, per accommodation day and include all taxes but government tax.
  • Extra Person: 20%
  • Check in: 15:00
  • Check out: 11:00

RESERVATION POLICY

The reservation is confirmed on the date of the payment of the deposit arranged with the reservations department (About 25% of the total accommodation cost, with minimum deposit the cost of one night).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
  • In case of no-show, 50% of all nights will be charged.
  • Departure prior the reserved dates will result in a 50% charge of the remaining accommodation balance.

ABOUT PETS

Pets are not allowed in the facilities of the complex, according to Law 1108 – 1938, as there are no special facilities for the accommodation of pets.
